The Work
I embarked on three major projects during my eight-month stint at Mosaic:
- First, a symbol library of Mosaic's visual design elements to help UI engineers build pages quickly without individual mockups for each page.
- Second, a set of six user personas based on qualitative user research to bolster the Product and Engineering teams' understanding of our user base of home improvement contractors.
- Third, a five-screen onboarding tutorial for mobile, tablet and desktop that quickly ramps up that same user base of contractors on how to start incorporating Mosaic's technical and financial products into their sales pitches.
Due to Mosaic's positioning as a startup in a highly competitive environment, my design work with them is under NDA and I cannot show it here. I'd be happy to discuss my work with Mosaic in greater detail on a case-by-case basis.
